DESCRIPTION:
TECHFORGE Solutions, a TECHFORGE company, is looking for an experienced and talented Intelligence Analyst to join our Intelligence Research Services team in the Dayton, OH office. This position will support the research, development, and sustainment of capabilities for intelligence production. We are looking for experienced analysts to work with a diverse team of engineers and analysts to explore and develop solutions in support of AFRL, NASIC, and DoD and Intelligence Communities. Successful candidates will provide analytic support in the form of information gathering & research, drafting reports, technical reviews, crafting publications, and providing additional written and verbal intelligence information, as needed, for DOD programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, conducts, and accomplishes broad intelligence exploitation assignments.
- Applies exploitation skills to produce intelligence products.
- Write analysis reports and develop briefings.
- May be called upon to deliver presentations and assist in task planning
- Work independently and in a team environment.
Successful candidates will provide expert analytic support in the form of information gathering & research, drafting reports, technical reviews, crafting publications, and providing additional written and verbal intelligence information, as needed, for DOD programs. Candidates should be specialists of high competence in DoD air, strategic, and computer programs & concepts; finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat; and the forecast of threat to DoD acquisition program/concepts. Familiarity with advanced search techniques based upon natural language processing techniques is also required. The candidate will plan, conduct, and accomplish broad intelligence exploitation assignments; applies exploitation skills to produce intelligence products; and may be called upon to deliver presentations and assist in task planning.
You must be able to manage your time effectively and interface with customers regularly. In addition, beyond simply meeting project milestones and deadlines, the ideal candidate provides data and tools to empower decision makers and provides capabilities at the speed of relevance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- All candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
- All candidates must pass a background check.
- A current Top Secret (or higher) level U.S. government security clearance is required.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college +4 years applicable experience; Masters degree +2 years applicable experience; or PhD +1 years applicable experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years work experience in an Intelligence Analyst role
- Experience with supporting finished intelligence pertaining to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat.
- Proven experience processing and exploiting scientific/technical intelligence data.
- Must be experienced, having operational experience, in at least one of the following intelligence disciplines: HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, ELINT.
- Must have familiarity with collection management, analytical production management, and dissemination.
- Experience providing all-source analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of reports.
- Demonstrable experience in technical writing and briefing skills.
- Experience with DoD air, strategic, and computer programs / concepts.
- Experience supporting Threat Working Groups.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience working with classification handling and marking protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with intelligence production at one or more US Intelligence Agencies or DoD Intelligence groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Conduct data analysis and orchestration of a large volume of data sources, threat indicators, and inputs.

- Must possess and exhibit the ability and desire to work in a remote, collaborative, team environment;
- Must possess functional experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, WebEx, Meet, Zoom, etc.);

- Must be able to travel up to 10% as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- No degree is required if the person meets the above qualifications and has at least 7 years of professional experience
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with one or more of the following: All-Source Analysis/Fusion Analysis, OSINT, DCGS, Acquisition Intelligence, Targeting
- Working experience at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
- Specific experience creating / publishing / reviewing (PIA) DoD Intelligence reports.
- Experience integrating cyber threats for the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS).
- Experience with Specialized Intelligence Production
- Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
- Willing and able to learn new things and stay on top of the latest and greatest technologies
- Demonstrated experience with intelligence production at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
- SAR All-Source Analyst work experience
- Familiarity with DoD security practices
